ANZ Business Growth Program

Take part in a globally recognised program that helps Australian businesses to develop the skills needed to establish an organisation that can sustain growth.

About the ANZ Business Growth Program

Building an organisation that can sustain growth is one of the biggest dilemmas facing CEOs and managing directors.

The ANZ Business Growth Program is a nine-month intensive program that helps CEOs unlock their growth potential by giving them a framework to sustainably scale their business and the knowledge, skills and tools to evolve their role to sustain growth.

The program is delivered by The Centre for Business Growth, University of SA with global growth expert Dr Jana Matthews.

The tailored program includes one-day clinics, three growth modules delivered over nine months, face-to-face mentoring and coaching. Held in major capital cities, the program is aimed at CEOs of companies with more than $5 million in annual sales.

In the 2017 the Program won an Excellence in Practice ‘Organisational Development’ from the EFMD, an international, not-for-profit, membership organisation of business schools and corporations, based in Belgium.
